Amelia V. Noël-Elkins, PhD, is the associate provost for academic planning and curricular analysis at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. She previously served as Interim Assistant Vice President for Student Success and Director of University College at Illinois State University as well as Associate Athletics Director at Indiana University – Bloomington.  She is a past president of the Association of Deans and Directors of University Colleges and Undergraduate Studies and is a member of the National Academic Advising Association, the American College Personnel Association, and NASPA. She holds an AB degree from Harvard University, a master’s degree in college student personnel administration and a doctorate in educational policy studies, both from Indiana University – Bloomington.
