Our podcasts help listeners learn more about intercultural communication and organizational development, with the goal of expanding people's understanding of core leadership competencies and effective, all-encompassing student-support services.

This podcast covers culturally sustaining practices that support racially minoritized students across institutional designations within the community college sector. Dr. Vicki McGillin, a resident fellow with the John N. Gardner Institute for Excellence in undergraduate education; Marcus Peanort, associate dean for student affairs at Montgomery Community College's Germantown campus in Maryland; and Jameta Rogers, director of TRIO Student Support Services at Prairie State College in Illinois, all participated as panelists. The discussion focuses on the important roles administrators play in creating campus spaces, services, and policies that reflect the needs of racially minoritized students within the respective roles of the panelists.

Coronavirus Campus Crisis - A Virtual Forum Series

Thank you to the over 1400 faculty, staff, and administrators from over 500 institutions, non-profits and higher education organizations who joined us for the first in the series of compelling conversations about the future of higher education, in a COVID and post COVID world. This series explored how the Coronavirus Crisis has impacted college teaching , learning, and student success and included frank conversations about equity, and the current climate in higher education.
